First two weeks. Five touches across the trial window with one purpose: get you to your first take.

  • Day 1 nudge

    When: 23-25h after signup, only if no Judge take recorded yet

    Short reminder that 30 seconds is all it takes for a first verdict. Skipped if you've already practiced.

  • Day 3 push

    When: 71-73h after signup, only if no Judge take recorded yet

    Honest data: most people who never finish a first take inside their first week never come back at all. One reply per send goes to a real human.

  • Day 7 second take

    When: 167-169h after first take, only if you have exactly 1 take

    Two takes is a trajectory; one is a snapshot. Same excerpt different day = the start of an arc.

  • Day 14 simulator

    When: 335-337h after signup, only if 0 mock auditions run

    Invitation to face the three-panelist Simulator. The Judge tells you how you'd score; the Simulator puts you in the room.

When something genuinely good happens, we tell you. Once-per-event, no spam loops.

3 · Pre-billing

Two touches before the trial flips. No surprise charges. Cancel in two clicks if it's not for you.

  • Trial ending in 3 days

    Heads-up that the trial flips Tuesday. If it's been worth it, do nothing. If not, cancel from /billing.

  • Trial ending tomorrow

    When: Daily cron, fires when trial_ends_at falls in (now+1d ± 1h)

    Last-chance signal. Same body as the 3-day-out — the date in the subject does the work.

4 · Reactivation

When you go quiet for a while, one short note. Never more than once per stall.

  • Stalled recall

    When: Daily cron, fires when last take is 5-7 days ago AND lifetime takes ≥ 2

    Tone goes first, then intonation, then everything else. Thirty seconds today resets the clock. Personalized with your last verdict + score.

  • Lapsed-trial recovery

    Recap of your week — minutes practiced, takes recorded, top excerpt, biggest dimension gain. Skipped weeks where you took zero takes.
