Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Orchestra Kingdom ("we", "us") is a software service operated by Orchestra Kingdom LLC that helps string musicians prepare for auditions using AI-generated feedback.
2. Your account
You may create an account using a valid email address. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must complete verification before paid features or audition submissions are available.
3. The service, honestly
Judge Mode returns AI-generated feedback based on an audio analysis pipeline. It is not a substitute for a human teacher or a real audition panel, and no score or verdict we return guarantees any real-world audition outcome. Use it as practice signal, not as a professional opinion.
4. Subscriptions, billing, refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard billing portal; your access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of first payment for any reason, by replying to your receipt. Trials convert automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the service, submit audio you don't have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer the judging pipeline, or use the service to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. We don't sell or share your practice data.
6. Content ownership
You own your recordings and your feedback reports. By submitting a recording, you grant us a limited license to process it through our pipeline for the purpose of returning your feedback. Audio is discarded after analysis unless you explicitly opt in to storage.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, including any claim that using the service will improve audition outcomes.
8. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after a reasonable notice. On termination, paid access ends at the next billing cycle and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
