Trial-countdown rebalancing. TrialCountdownHero was anchored to a 7-day trial mental model with hardcoded TRIAL_DAYS=7 + tier thresholds tuned to 7 days, but Mark LXXV had bumped TRIAL_DAYS to 14. Rebalanced thresholds (last_call ≤1, urgent ≤4, focus ≤9, encouraging ≥10) + updated 'Seven days' copy to 'Two weeks'. Real bug caught while auditing dashboard surfaces.

The Diagnosis Unlock

Anon /try report now surfaces the FULL diagnostic for the lowest-scoring dimension verbatim from the Judge — label + notes + score chip, in an amber-tinted 'what the panel heard' tile. Highlights the same dimension in the score-grid above. Reframes signup wall from 'unlock your report' to 'unlock the OTHER 4 dimensions' (the prospect already saw the depth on one). Strategic-CTO-recommended highest-leverage cold-to-paid conversion move: proof of product depth before the wall, not after. Stable tie-break by definition order so refresh shows same teaser. Zero new APIs, zero migrations.

Fresh-user (lifetimeJudges === 0) dashboard hero card. Mounts above all other widgets, pre-selects first non-warm-up excerpt for declared instrument, deep-links to /try?excerpt=<id>&utm_campaign=path. Pulsing gold mic icon + tone-mapped 'Start here · 60 seconds' tag + instrument-personalized headline ('Your first take, violinist'). Strategic-CTO recommendation: collapse decision time at the highest-leverage activation moment. Returns null for users with any take, so normal dashboard wins focus once activated.
