Tells LLM-powered crawlers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc) the high-level structure of Orchestra Kingdom + lists every public JSON catalog endpoint (/api/marks, /api/composers, /api/glossary, /api/states, /api/health) so AI agents can pull typed data instead of HTML-scraping. Markdown body lives-ISR — counts (composers, terms, states, shipped Marks) hydrate from the same source-of-truth catalogs the rest of the site reads. Sister to /robots.txt (traditional crawlers) + /sitemap.xml (URL exhaust). AI-first discovery is the next decade of organic traffic; this Mark plants the flag.
