What it is
Three new public JSON catalog endpoints sister to Mark LXVIII Manifest (/api/marks): /api/composers exposes the composer aggregator + excerpt counts + instrument coverage, /api/glossary exposes every term grouped by section with the OG-aware url field, /api/states exposes every typed state audition system with tiers + window + repertoire signal + search terms. CORS-open, hour-cached, ISR-revalidated. Why expose: MCP servers / Claude Skills can now answer 'what does the FMEA want' or 'what Bach excerpts are calibrated' or 'what does spiccato mean' programmatically without scraping our pages. Closes the catalog-as-API gap.
